AmsterdamCash gives you 3 different programs:
1. Click Thru:
Pay Per Unique Click
Up to $0.17 cents per unique visitor depends on your ratios:
1-250 you will receive $0.17 per unique click.
251+ your clicks will be converted to $35.00 per sign up !
If your traffic history shows NO SignUps - your clicks will fall to zero $$$.
2. Pay Per Sign up:
Up to $70.00 per sign-up depends on your ratios:
Ratios 1-200 you will receive $70 per sign up.
Ratios 201-300 you will receive $45 per sign up.
Ratios 301+ you will receive $35 per sign up.
If your traffic history shows a grossly unproductive sign-up rate AmsterdamCash reserves
the right to pay you thirty five dollars per sign up retroactive to the prior pay period.
3. Partnerships:
Recurring Commission Payout
We pay you up to 50% recurring.
Active Membership Pay Outs:
- If Charge back/Refund ratio is higher than 5%.
- Total cancellation ratio is higher than 70 %.
Amsterdamcash will ONLY pay you on the active members.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE
Click throughs are registered as unique visitors, tampering will lead to termination,
loss of all funds, and possibly prosecution. Our log files will prevail
in determining amount of click throughs.

Payments are mailed every month for the accumulated hits from the preceding month.
You will only be sent a check if your account balance is at least $50.00,
before shipping charges are deducted if applicable. Payment will be carried
over from month to month until your account has accrued at least $50.00.
Webmasters will be paid on the 1st of every month, concerning the 16th till the 15th following the preceding
month.
On request you can receive the payments by Fed-Ex (US $35.-) or Wiring Services (US $ 25.-).

If you are a Webmaster using the unique payout, you may only use banners
supplied by AmsterdamCash for AmsterdamCash.
Blind links are very unproductive and result in very poor conversion rates.
YOU ARE FREE to generate traffic by any method that is not in violation of the terms in here.
E-MAIL SPAMMING is strictly prohibited ! This includes spamming of e-mail, news groups and IRC.
If you violate this term of your agreement you will be terminated from the program and will not be paid.
THE ACTION OF sending any hits from any URLs which contain and/or promote
the following content, programs or linking practices:
1. Misleading advertising without the prior written consent of AmsterdamCash.
2. Child pornography, bestiality.
Will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent
and the for future of any funds owed that account.
Profitablity is necessary for both AmsterdamCash and the Webmaster to keep the integrity of the program intact.

AmsterdamCash will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from
complications with your hosting equipment or technical errors.

Amsterdamcash reserve the right to:
|
1. Cancel this program at any time, without prior notification.
In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL accumulated
funds up to that point, except in cases where it is determined
you have cheated by violating this agreement in any way you will not be paid.

2. Terminate your account, if it is idle for more than a month.
In such cases you will be notified in advance.

3. Deny any prospective sponsor admittance into our program.
Based on the content of their web site.

4. Change the payout rate with a 3 day notice.
|
|
All funds are paid by check in U.S. funds. Any questions regarding this agreement
